Lithuanian sides FBK Kaunas and FK Ekranas will battle for the semi-final place in Kaunas on 2 July at 19:00. The game will be played at S. Darius & S. Girenas stadium.
The first leg match gave a 4:2 advantage to Kaunas although they saw Mindaugas Grigalevičius sent off by Romans Lajuks. Two penalties were also scored in the game, so we can expect an interesting match.
Kaunas is the leader of A Lyga with 27 points from 13 games, Ekranas is six points behind, but has only played 10 matches so far.

Kaunas played with their best eleven, except players who were suspended due to yellow cards, while Ekranas rested a few first-choices stars. Kaunas opened the score in the 7th minute through Vygantas Zubavičius. Just before the end of the first half, Raphael Ledesma made it 2:0 for the hosts with a free kick from 25 metres.
Ledesma, who is at the moment in brilliant form and one of the best players of the A lyga got his second of the game in the 65th minute and buried every chance of an Ekranas comeback. Just four minues after Ledesma‘s goal Vutauras Lukša added another one bringing the scoreline to 4:0. Ekranas did get their consolation goal though, when Ekranas forward Trakys scored after a corner. Ekranas' substitute Bička had also missed a penalty earlier.
Artūras Ramoška (head coach of Kaunas): "I thought that this game will be more difficult for us. We trained twice yesterday, nevertheless our players looked sharp and fresh, played some entertaining football and controlled the ball well. I was happy with their performance with the exception of the last five minutes, where we made mistakes, which we simply should not do."
Valdas Urbonas (head coach of Ekranas): "On Sunday we will play against Rosenborg in UEFA Intertoto Cup, so I rested some of our top players for this match and gave some of our young players the chance to present themselves. But anyway, I am dissapointed with the result. Kaunas played better and deserved to win. We still have not found a way how to stop Ledesma."
